Fast dry ink for coding and marking

Features

1. Adhesion is outstanding on BOPP.

2. Excellent adhesion on most plastics.

3. Drying time is 3 seconds.

4. The decap time is more than 10 hours.

TI1349ink is suitable for coding and marking on non-permeable materials such as plastic, glass, and metal. Excellent adhesion on both untreated and treated BOPP. Widely used in PVC, PET, PP and other plastics.

The drying speed within 3 seconds is suitable for high-speed production lines.

Up to 10 hours of decap time is ideal for intermittent printing, even if printing is interrupted for 10 hours, re-production can be achieved with high quality

Amount of printing effect without any processing. The maximum decap time of the high philosophy test is 72 hours.

Transportation and Storage

- The ink cartridges should be placed in a vacuum-sealed bag before use.

- Use the ink cartridge within two weeks of removing it from the vacuum-sealed bag for best printing results.

- Cover the cartridge clip when not in use, with the nozzle up or level.

Common problems and solutions

【1】 The printing effect is not good, and there are missing lines.

Treatment method: Wet the non-woven fabric with alcohol (>98%) and wipe the nozzle or vacuum with a syringe and vacuum clip until the ink is drawn out, and then wipe the nozzle with a non-woven fabric.

Treatment method: Use alcohol (>98%) or small character (CIJ) machine cleaning agent to drop 2 drops to the print head, after 5 seconds, press the print head on the non-woven fabric and wipe it back and forth until there are more ink marks on the non-woven fabric
