Transportation and Storage

Precautions for ink cartridge sleeve and ink cartridge unpacking and shelf life

2. The best ambient temperature of the ink cartridge is 5~30% and the humidity is 30%~60%.

Common problems and solutions

[1]What should be done about the use and maintenance of water-based ink?

Water-based ink wiping: spray an appropriate amount of distilled water on the non-woven fabric; flatten the non-woven fabric, with the nozzle facing down, gently and slowly wipe the nozzle in the direction shown in the figure; if the nozzle is severely blocked, it still cannot achieve good spray after wiping To get the printing effect, soak the cartridge nozzle in warm water of about 30°C for 5 minutes, and then wipe the nozzle with a clean non-woven fabric moistened with distilled water;

Other reasons that may lead to poor printing results

1. The distance between the nozzle and the surface of the printed object is too far, resulting in unclear printing effect. The recommended distance is 2-3mm.
2. Electrostatic interference.
3. If the printing parameters are not set properly, please set the parameters according to the ink cartridge label.
